How we work

  1. 1Review the request
  2. 2Estimate and prioritize
  3. 3Implement, test, and hand off

What we do

Useful work, shaped around your real goal.

Start with what you want to change or what is getting in the way. Perhaps customers cannot complete an inquiry, your team spends too much time maintaining the site, or a new service needs a better introduction. Share the page address, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. You do not need to diagnose the problem or know the programming language.

We review the existing setup, reproduce reported issues, and recommend a practical approach. We can work on a site built by Whimsy or another provider. The platform and available access determine what can be changed, and we explain any limitations before agreeing on the work. Together, we prioritize the requests and confirm an estimate at $100 per hour. If investigation reveals a larger job, we discuss the revised scope and cost before proceeding.

For changes that affect visitors, we agree on a suitable time to publish and use a preview or staging environment when available. We check the affected pages and customer journeys, then explain what changed and how to use any new features. You can bring us a one-time fix or discuss ongoing help as your business grows.

If your site includes our CMS (content management system), you already have full access to make your own content updates for free. Website Support is available when you would like us to handle the work or need help beyond those everyday edits.

What's included

The work you need, with a clear handoff.

Support is billed at $100 per hour for the scope we agree together. Each request includes a clear plan, the agreed changes, and checks before handoff.

  • Review and estimate

We assess your requests and site access, agree on priorities, and outline the work and estimated time. Any paid tools or services needed are identified for your approval.

  • Agreed website changes

We carry out the approved content edits, repairs, design improvements, or feature work within your existing setup, with updates on progress and any decisions needed.

  • Testing and publishing

We check the affected links, forms, or features and review relevant desktop and mobile layouts. Publishing is coordinated with you, followed by checks on the live site.

  • Walkthrough and notes

You receive a summary of the changes and checks, instructions for any new features, and details of any remaining issues or recommended next steps.
